Eddie is checking out his really tall shadow!
And we spotted another cool tree to hang out in
On our way back to the truck the boys made a little friend
We also have a nice trail with lakes nearby that we went to walk a different night after dinner

We saw a bunny on the trail but I wasn't quick enough with the camera, so I had to get a shot of these 2 ducks- the white one was on a nest, and the dark one was on guard. So sweer!
And we have had some exhausting days! No, the kids are not sleeping, but Daddy is!
And look at our garden! It is really growing great. It is even better than this now, this was about a week ago.
Daddy likes to take the boys out for a bike ride after dinner- it is not easy!
Eddie is not a fan of riding his bike up the hill
Luckily for Eddie, after his bike ride it was time for a haircut!
Nicolas was more than a little worried that he was next
Ta dah! All done!
Watching for planes I think
Just joking! No crazy haircuts allowed here.
Watching the festivities
The final product! What a little cutie pie!
And now it's time to get cleaned off
Hold still!
Nice family pic with a clean shaven boy
Last weekend Little Eddie was under the weather, so we stayed in. I help him with his homework every day since he started Kumon, and he just loves it!
Later when he was feeling better it was time for some Wii bowling. No cheating or help, little Eddie won several games against Daddy!

A STRIKE!!!
Nicolas loves to watch and play with his own game
And he gets a front row seat
I put Nicolas down for a nap the other day and he was insistant on holding 2 of his Thomas trains, and wouldn't release them even in his sleep.
Eddie had some alone time with Daddy to help him on the computer
Later that day the boys sat still for a few minutes to watch a movie. Had to get a picture since that is crazy!
And this is what they were doing 2 minutes later..

This and That
We have really been enjoying our time in Georgia, but sometimes we just need to take a break from all of our activities and rest.
But we have children, and they see "resting" as opportunity to decorate.
And we have been frequenting Eddie's favorite restaurant here, which has a funky tree in the parking lot that the boys insist on sitting in every time we leave.
The good news is that the weather here is awesome, so after filling our bellies we can go on base and walk around the track.
